- Assist body shop technicians with repairs, including sanding, masking, and prepping vehicles for painting.
- Help with disassembling and reassembling truck parts.
- Perform basic tasks such as removing dents, buffing, and polishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
- Support technicians with frame straightening, welding, and other repair tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a truck body shop or similar environment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
