CDL A TEAM DRIVERS WANTED – LEASE-TO-RENT
We operate nationwide, hauling high-value and contracted freight with excellent earnings and complete transparency.
Average Gross: $16,000 – $20,000 per week (team average)
Average RPM: $3.00 - $4.00
Average Net Pay: $3,500 - $4,500
Typical Weekly Deductions:
- Truck Fee – $950
- Truck Depreciation Fee – $0.15 per mile
- Insurance – $450
- Trailer Rent – $250
- Admin Fee – $150
- ACCC/OCC – $70
- Diesel – Actual usage (fuel cards provided)
- Dispatch Fee – 20% of gross
Escrow:
A total of $3,000 will be collected gradually from weekly settlements until the full amount is reached.

Escrow is returned within 45 days after termination, provided there are no damages or outstanding balances.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Minimum 1 year of OTR experience.
- Clean MVR and background preferred.
- Must pass DOT drug test.
- Strong communication and professionalism.
